Amex has recently increased the welcome offer for the Marriott Bonvoy Business® American Express® Card to 5 Free Night Awards after spending $8,000 in the first 6-months of card membership. The previous offer was 3 nights. Each bonus Free Night Award has a max redemption value of 50,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points. Which means that if you maximize where you stay, this welcome bonus is equivalent to 250,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points. Resort fees & terms apply.

The card has the following noteworthy perks:
- Complimentary Gold status. Which gives you access to 2pm late check-out and complimentary room upgrades.
- 1 Free Night Award every year after your Card renewal month.
- Earn 6x Marriott Bonvoy Points per dollar on eligible purchases at hotels participating in the Marriott Bonvoy® program.
- Earn 4x Marriott Bonvoy Points per dollar at restaurants worldwide, at U.S. gas stations, on wireless telephone services purchased directly from U.S. service providers and on U.S. purchases for shipping.
- Earn 2x Marriott Bonvoy Points per dollar on all other eligible purchases made with the card.
There are a few things to point out about this deal:
- This is the best welcome offer we’ve seen for the card. This welcome offer is the same as the one from February 2024.
- To receive the welcome offer, you must spend $8000 or more in the first six months after you receive you are approved for the card.
- This card has an annual fee of: $125

- Amex will likely deny your application if you have more than 5 or more Amex cards, or 10 or more cards total.
- This welcome offer isn’t available if you have received a welcome bonus for any other Marriott card within the past 24-months.
