San Jose (SJO) is also available for $316, but on very few dates. Try: Apr 12 – Apr 19 or Apr 19 – Apr 26. Same 7-day rule applies.

Southwest Airlines has round-trip flights from Austin (AUS) or San Antonio (SAT) to Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR) for $308 with a connection. Flights in January and February. San Antonio has more days available at the discount fare than Austin.
